BVHF is offering an opportunity to fund attendance to the National Hemophilia Annual Meeting for 2 individuals, or a child and parent, whose lives are connected to the hemophilia/bleeding disorder community. This funding can also be used to sponsor young people, ages 13-17 for the Teen Track. Registration, travel and lodging expenses for the Annual Meeting will be considered for those whose applications are selected.

If your attendance at the Annual Meeting is funded by BVHF, you are agreeing to submit a brief synopsis of your time at the Conference, including insights and information gained. The follow up statement will be distributed to our Board and must be submitted by November 20, 2018. You are asked to participate fully in the event and activities of BVH and you are agreeing that we have your permission to use your  statement on our website, hopefully encouraging others to take advantage of this opportunity.

Important dates

Deadline for application is September 1, 2018
Notifications of funding will be provided by September 8, 2018
Deadline for follow up statement is November 20, 2018
