World Federation of Hemophilia:  Global Forum on Research and Treatment Products

BVHF is offering an opportunity to fund attendance to the World Federation of Hemophilia’s Global Forum for 2 individuals whose lives are connected to the hemophilia/bleeding order community.  Registration, travel and lodging expenses for the Forum will be considered for those whose applications are selected.

If your attendance at the Global Forum is funded by BVHF, you are agreeing to submit a brief synopsis of your time at the meeting, including insights and information gained.  The follow up statement will be distributed to our Board and must be submitted by February 2, 2018.  You are required to participate fully in the event and activities of WFH while at the meeting and you are agreeing that we have your permission to use your statement on our website, hopefully encouraging others to take advantage of this opportunity.
